  The IRS has determined that The NOMID Alliance is an officially recognized public charity non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to The NOMID Alliance are tax deductable to the fullest extent of the law under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The NOMID Alliance was incorporated as a public benefit corporation in the state of California on May 1, 2006. The IRS has authorized that all contributions given to The NOMID Alliance donated after that date are fully tax deductable. Thank you for your generous support!
